how to fix Porsche Piwis Tester II VCI NOT FOUND problem or no usb connection error

First,you need confirm :

1 do you take out the hard disk from CF-30 laptop and install on other laptops? it may cause data lose and hard to recovery.
2 do you use our Panasonic computer with other unit?

if you try to do this,it need send back and fix as the HDD is broken.

if not,pls do as follow :
1 start your car first.
2 connect piwis main unit with car ,if the main unit lights turns on,pls connect usb cable with computer,.
3 choose the car model you want to do :
